This policy applies to the Light Lane marketing website, documentation, downloads, contact workflows, and related public web properties, and it also explains the categories of information that may be processed when you use the Light Lane portal, desktop application, licensing flows, and support services.

If a separate agreement, order form, or enterprise data-processing arrangement applies to your account, that document will control to the extent of any direct conflict.

We may also share information with advisers, regulators, law-enforcement bodies, or transaction counterparties where disclosure is legally required or reasonably necessary to protect the company, our customers, or the public. We do not sell personal information.

International transfers

Light Lane operates online infrastructure that may process information in countries other than your own. Where applicable, we use appropriate contractual, organisational, and technical safeguards for cross-border transfers.

Retention and security
