Light Lane – End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. License Grant

Licensor grants Licensee a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Software solely for Licensee’s personal or internal business use in accordance with this EULA.

2. Restrictions

Licensee shall not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Software.
• Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code.
• Bypass or disable any security features or licensing controls.
• Sell, rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise transfer the Software.
• Use the Software for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

3. Beta Software Notice

The Software is beta software and may contain defects, errors, and incomplete features. It is provided for testing and feedback purposes only.

4. Ownership

Licensor retains all rights, title, and interest in the Software, including all related intellectual property rights.

5. Updates

Licensor may provide updates, bug fixes, or enhancements. Such updates shall be subject to the terms of this EULA.

6. No Warranty

The Software is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Licensor shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the Software.

8. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated by Licensor or Licensee. Upon termination, Licensee must uninstall and destroy all copies.

9. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by the laws of New Zealand.
